I never knew how to perform a breast self-exam. After attending RippleRibbons, I not only learned, but I also taught my younger sister and friends. It feels empowering to share this knowledge.

RippleRibbons made me realize early detection can save lives. Now I’m not only aware but also inspiring others to take action in our community. Sharing what I learned has given me confidence and a sense of responsibility.

In countries, like Afghanistan, cultural norms and restrictions make it difficult for women to access health education. RippleRibbons is a great initiative to learn about topics we rarely have the chance to learn about.
